We Data Log hundreds of miles of use using state of the art knock, injector duty cycle, air fuel ratio, boost, and EGT monitors to ensure everything is safe. We use the most advance equipment available to build our ecu maps and do a large amount of testing in the field. You need to run 91 OCT or better fuel but the power and reliability is worth it! This flash also gives you 100% throttle in all modes! We also give you 70% in ECO (For when you don't need the power). We alter the torque limiters the the X3, this is what cuts your throttle.
We increase the boost to 15 PSI, it really wakes the X3 up! Also with the better AFR conditions the X3 overall run much better! It is a win/win. This is still completely reliable but helps with a better top speed. We correct the tables so they operate more like a throttle cable, the throttle body butterflies will now actually do what your foot does! Also we increase the rev limit to 8600. Its is a noticeable gain in power! The "Drive by Wire" table in the X3 does not have a "Drivers Feel". This flash see's a +20HP increase at the wheels, +25 at the flywheel. We correct the AFR for better engine temp and life in all conditions. For starters, they are extremely LEAN from the factory. It gains big power at all speeds.Īn ECU Re-flash is a great way to pick up horsepower, drivability and reliability. Dyno chart is a completely stock X3 with 91 octane fuel vs the same vehicle with only our ecu flash.

Stage 3i 17 psi with Hi flow intake and full exhaust. Stage 3 17 psi with full exhaust system. Stage 2i 17 psi with Hi flow intake and cat delete. Stage 1is 16 psi with Hi flow intake and slip-on exhaust. Stage 1i 16 psi with Hi flow intake and stock exhaust. Stage 1 16 psi with stock exhaust system. Crack pressure needs to be set to 8-9 PSI Air fuel ratio set much safer for cooler running engine. Rev limiters raised to 8600 rpm (We can make any limit).
